My first time ordering from etrialer an I'm going all the other reviewers in saying they were fantastic to deal with and extremely fast with the shipping. Put the rack on a 2010 Jeep Wrangler in about 30 minutes. It took longer to get the spare on and off than it did to install the rack. Pleased with the purchase so far.

2015 Jeep WranglerSecond one I've owned -- first was unfortunately lost in a move. Solid product that works well with my Jeep Wrangler. Carrier attaches easily to my spare tire, bikes attach easily to carrier. Have successfully made numerous cross-country with bikes with no issues. Convenient that swing gate opens without bike removal. What more could you ask of a bike carrier?
Very easy to install on the spare tire. Sturdy construction and priced 1/3 of the top name brands. Also, non of the top name brands hold three bikes like this does. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone.

The bike rack arrived quickly. It was missing a wrench. We read the directions but found a video that was very helpful to us in setting the rack in place.
The eTrailer has been a God send and we are so grateful. Our son-in-law died from COVID last year which left our daughter and two grand-daughters alone.
