Most Popular B and W for 2010 GMC Sierra

Called and spoke with courteous and knowledgeable service rep. Placed my order order and received a lot sooner than expected delivery date. Even referred to one of our top service garages in the area, looks like they will be getting all their B&W supplies from etrailer.com

This hitch is average at best. It has been garage kept and already sticking and not opening properly. I have owned a 5th wheel camper my entire life and the 2 prior hitches was never serviced and gave no issues. I would not recommend this hitch to no one....

This 5th wheel has exceeded all my expectations. It’s worked flawlessly for thousands of miles and many different type of 5th wheels trailers. Not a peep, B&W FTW!!

Putting the hitch together was easy following the instructions, it seems to be was built...time will tell. I only used the hitch one time for only a 60 mile tow...hitching and unhitching was a breeze

This is a top notch, very well built hitch. Dropped right in to my oem puck system on a 2024 Chev 2500 hd. The first hookup was so smooth that I wasn’t sure I was even on my kingpin. E trailer had it delivered the next day from ordering!! The other important thing to note is this hitch takes up a 17” x 30” footprint which is way smaller than an Andersen base.

Like most say the packaging could be better. But it came without any scratches and looks awesome. Didn’t take long to install. Directions were easy. Can’t wait to try it out! As always, eTrailer rocks. Will continue to purchase from them.

Installation was very easy! The instructions are easy to read and understand also. Everything about this hitch is top quality heavy duty materials. I do not see anything “cheap” about it. I have not towed with it yet but the build quality is excellent. The finish is perfect. The slider function is very smooth. It was very easy to get in the truck, but not sure that is unique to any modern puck system. The cotter pin on the castle bolts on the puck locking handles were a bit finicky. It is heavy, but not as heavy as I thought. I think I have a few more years in me for moving it myself!

my companion 5th wheel hitch(rvk3370) hitch was delivered on 3/11, I installed it in a couple hours on 3/12. It was a piece of cake, the delivery was made with a lift gate truck that I back my truck up to and had the driver lower the lift gate down onto my tailgate, I unpackaged the hitch and was able to Maneuver it by myself into the puck system on my truck, I have the slider hitch so much heavier than the standard one, but still very easy for my 65 year old body to handle, the B t W was the only hitch I considered because of the ruggedness and quality of their products my truck is a 2023 Ford F 350

Hitch works great, can now hook up to trailer without having to stop & put up tailgate, then finish backing up. Tailgate would hit front of trailer when hooking up. The two things I didn’t like as well as others, the box with the base unit was tore up, but unit was fine , and the cotter pins for puck latches need to include extras, or make holes bigger for keeper pins. Also added small chains to hairpins that hold look pins for top so they don’t get lost.

I ordered it on Monday and received it on Wednesday! The B&W Companion hitch fit perfect on my F-350 and was easy to install. The instructional videos on the website are great!! Packaging of hitch needs to be better. Box did not hold up. Hitch was loose and bounced around in box. Holes in box. Small hardware box opened up and scratched up main base of hitch.

The trailer hitch is perfect and it is used all the time pulling an RV. If I do this again I will do it at the same place.

I have had the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hjtch w/Slider on my 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali for about 3 months now. I have hauled my 36’ 5th Wheel RV both locally and long distance; from the East Coast to the West Coast and back. Works great! No issues. The hitch and slider can be separated for Installation and removal which makes it helpful for one person install but recommend I would recommend two people regardless.

I ordered my 2024 Sierra with the 5th wheel prep package. The B & W hitch fit perfectly. I like the new levers to lock the hitch in place because you can pad lock the levers so the hitch is secure.

Not my first purchase from etrailer, they are always helpful and friendly to deal with. I have always asked a lot of questions and they had all of the answers or got back to me with the info I needed. Highly recommend them. I bought the hitch in November and installed over the winter and just used for first time today. The only complaint I have is the retainer pins that hold the levers closed on the locking pins are pretty flimsy and bend easily. I never called about them but that is the only issue I had. Instructions were good and easy to follow for installation.

This is the second B&W slider I have owned. The quality is second to none. Took about 30 minutes to install. Years ago I bought one used, it was missing the little spring that keeps the head level, I called B&W to inquire how much it cost and where I could get one. They sent me the replacement for free, even though I told them I had bought it used. That tells you all you need to know about this company. Customer for life.

Looks great, simple to install. Can’t wait to get my new RV fifth wheel and hit the road.
