If you haul firewood, toolboxes, or equipment, a hard stop can send the load straight into the front wall of your truck bed. This front bed protector absorbs impacts, so you can keep hauling without beating up your truck.
When firewood, toolboxes, generators, coolers, or other heavy cargo shifts forward during a sudden stop, the front wall of your truck bed takes the impact. This protector mounts directly to the front bed wall and is designed specifically for that high-contact area, helping shield it from dents, chipped paint, and deformation. By absorbing the impact before it reaches the bed wall, this protector helps preserve your truck's appearance and reduce wear from repeated hauling.
Repeated cargo impacts quickly expose the limits of thin sheet metal. This protector is constructed from heavy-duty 12-gauge steel and is engineered to absorb up to 8x more impact energy than the bed alone. The black powder-coat finish helps resist corrosion and weather while standing up to the scuffs and contact that come with regular hauling. When equipment, pallets, or loose materials shift forward, the protector is designed to take the abuse and keep your truck bed wall protected through continued use.
Protecting the front wall is only part of the challenge when hauling equipment and materials. Integrated tie-down points provide additional attachment locations for securing cargo inside your truck bed. With more options for straps and load management, it's easier to keep cargo positioned where it belongs throughout the trip.

Hi everyone. Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Roadmaster Front Bed Protector in a nice black finish. So, folks, this is a custom fit application, so make sure you're checking the fit guide over here at etrailer to be sure you're getting the right parts the very first time. And what this is gonna do it's gonna be a front bed impact protector for your vehicle. Now it is made of a nice heavy-duty 12-gauge steel.
And when it's installed, the bed of your truck would look something like this. As you can see, it just kinda covers the top portion of the front area and the durable black powder-coat finish is gonna resist corrosion and weather. And it's gonna absorb up to eight times more impact energy than just the bed alone. So the way they've designed this, the makeup of everything, you still get your integrated tie-down points there, and you do get a nice set of instructions included. And that's gonna include the rivets that are included for installation, so, you gotta make sure you read those instructions.
I do wanna go ahead and pick this up and kinda give you a side view just so you can kinda see the makeup, the shape. So, again, that's what's doing the cushioning, if you will, absorbing the impact if you accidentally hit something while you're either loading gear, it's gonna absorb those impacts and protect the bed of your truck. Before we close, I wanna go over some dimensions. From side to side overall the length, I got 58-3/4 inches long. I got 13-7/8 inches tall, and I got about 3-7/8 inches deep or thick, depending on how you wanna word it, on the very top part.
And, again, folks, make sure you're checking the fit guide over at etrailer, to be sure you're getting the right parts the first time. I'm Steven, thanks for watching. Have a great day.
