This is a nice balance of water tightness and low profile, I have had no issues for past year with locking mechanism. Cleans well
The cover has worked well for the last year and shows little signs of wear. During installation, there was an issue with the locking mechanism. Unfortunately no one at etrailer was able to assist, so I had to alter the device i my shop to make it work. Other than that, no issues.
I had an Extang tri-fold cover a previous truck for 11 years and it had served me well. I like the design of this cover and the latch system much better than my old unit. It too has proven to be a well made product and has functioned flawlessly for me. I really like being able to access my entire bed for occasionally hauling and the solid vinyl cover looks great and seems to be more water-tight than my old one.
