GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello, neighbors and friends, Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a look at our GSP heavy duty CV axle assembly, specifically for the front left. Now folks, this is a custom fit application. You need to make sure you're double checking our fit guide here at etrailer.com on the homepage where it says my vehicle or vehicle information, enter things like year, make and model to get sure you're getting the right part. Now, with this I'll throw up an image that you can cross reference different brands and their part numbers of the same assembly or the same fitment. Now this will be an upgrade for your ride with a heavy duty CV axle.
It's a hardened 40 CRXC steel alloy shaft that's gonna be made to resist wear and tear. Again, it fits the front left position. Everything here is an oversized CV joint to let you climb rough terrain and crawl over obstacles with ease. They're flexible but tough TPEE boots, they're gonna resist tearing and cracking. They've been pre-pack with a high performance moly grease that's gonna help reduce friction.
On the overall compressed, you're gonna get 21.63 inches long, and if you expand it out, you'd get 23.05. Now, starting here with what we call the inboard joint, that's what we call a double offset joint, and the inboard is the one without the castle nut, and the spline count is 24 splines. Now, on the outboard you have the castle nut included in the washer and everything, and that is a single ball or just a ball joint and the spline count is 27 splines. The shaft diameter here in the middle is 23 millimeters thick, and it has a nice one year warranty from the manufacturer. Well, folks, that's gonna wrap it up for our quick look today.
Thanks for joining me. I'm Steven, have a good one.
Easy install and working great!
Product is fine. It took too long for s hipping.
CV Joint for Kawasaki Teryx.
I like the CV joint. It is better than the original. My order was easy due to skilled staff. Plus the shipping was on time. The price was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend. I will be back, thank you Gynger, job well done!.
The product was what I ordered. Thanks.
However, I was disappointed that it took longer to get it than I originally thought it would when I placed my order. That said, I was able to communicate my concerns and the order was delivered. This noted, I will likely order again when I need another part.
