GSP offers 4 types of CV axles based on your vehicle and riding habits. The OE+ model is an affordable OEM replacement with neoprene boots. The Heavy Duty (HD) axle has a stronger shaft and TPEE boots that are better than OEM axles. The Xtreem Duty (XD) is 30% stronger than OEM axles and includes a thicker shaft for riding hard and racing. The XD is often used on lifted vehicles. The Xtended axle is a specialty product for those with long travel suspensions. It includes the same quality features of the HD axle but is longer to accomodate different builds.

Hello, neighbors and friends. Steven here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're taking a look together at a GSP Heavy Duty CD Axle Assembly, specifically the front right. Now folks, this is a custom fit for Arctic Cats. Make sure you're checking the year, make, and model on etrailer's homepage to ensure you're getting the right parts for your specific Arctic Cat. Now, as I said, it fits different years and models of the Arctic Cat, so you wanna double check that.
Now, this is a front right application only. It is a direct replacement for the following part numbers and brands. It is an upgrade for your ride. It's a heavy duty CV axle. It's made of a hardened 40 CRXC steel alloy shaft.
It's built to resist wear and tear, and it is oversized. As far as the CV joints here, they're gonna let you climb in rough terrain, crawl over obstacles with ease. And the flexible and tough TPEE boots are gonna resist tearing and cracking. It comes preassembled like you see here. You even get the castle nut, washers, those kind of things.
And it has been packed already with a high performance moly grease to reduce friction. Overall, from side to side when it's extended, it's 23.05 inches. And when it's compressed, it goes down to 21.63 inches. Now the inboard over here without the castle nut, it has what's considered a double offset joint. The spline quantity is 24.
The outboard here with the castle nuts, these are a typical ball style connection or joint, and the spline quantity is 27. The main shaft here is a 23 millimeter thick shaft, and they give you a nice one year warranty as well. So folks, if you're just replacing it, it's a greatest replacement. I recommend picking up two. Maybe you need extras if you're rough out there in the terrain, or if you're just having fun, things happen, right So come over to etrailer.com, get what you need, and get back on the trails. I'm Steven, thanks for watching.
