12 Volt Circuit on Factory 7-Way on a 2014 Ford F-150 Does Not have Power

It is possible that the fuse and/or relay related to the 12 volt circuit on the trailer connector is missing or blown. You will need to consult the owners manual for your 2014 Ford F-150 to find the locations of all the fuses and relays related to the tow package wiring to check them.

If the fuses/relays are present and working then it could be a connection problem somewhere between the trailer connector and where the 12 volt circuit originates. These can be hard to track down. Since the truck is so new it is likely still under warranty and a dealership could take care of this issue so you can avoid the headache of tracking down a bad connection.
