Question:
2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT - Low beam headlights H11 Im looking for the best, brightest white light to help with night driving... Does not need to be DOT compliant, but I dont need overkill either! Bulb life - a year or more would be nice too! Plug and play, I dont want to add elecrical components.

The CIPA EVO headlight bulbs, # CM93445, are going to be the brightest white light option available for your 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500. They are rated at 4300K and 1700 lumens which would be incredibly bright. They are not DOT approved for on-road use.
They have an estimated bulb life of 800 hours. If you primarily drive at night then they might not make it a full year. But for balanced night and day driving they would last a year and likely more. No additional electronics are required.
The next option is # CM93389 but with the 800 hour bulb life and 1100 lumen output it would not be the best option.
The next step down in brightness would be CIPA EVO bulbs # VX-DH11 at 900 lumens. These bulbs are DOT compliant and have a 2,000 hour bulb life. They are estimated to be 10 percent brighter than the OEM bulbs.
