It sounds like you're needing the Rhino-Rack Vortex Crossbars Kit # RRVA165B-RRRLT600 that mounts to the T-Slot rails on tonneau covers. The Vortex crossbars are standard sized so they will be compatible with the vast majority cargo baskets out there.
