Installing Firestone Coil-Rite Air Springs on a 2023 Toyota Sequoia

Question:

Im trying to install the coil rite and it doesnt seem to line up with my vehicle. 2023 toyota sequioa captstone. I can remove the bottom layers but the top is a hard plastic.

Not sure what layers you're trying to remove but to install the Firestone Coil-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F4124 you shouldn't have to take them apart. You will however need to remove the coil springs and factory bump stops on your 2023 Toyota Sequoia.

I have attached a couple pictures below of this section of the installation process. Not sure where you having issues but these do install completely different than every other set I have seen. You actually have to disassemble your rear suspension and modify it with a saw to get the air bags in place.

Im trying to send you a picture of the coil spring dampner which has two parts. the bottom is thick coned shaped rubber and the top part is a hard plastic.

@Roy You can email the pictures directly to me by responding to the address you receive this response from. What's the issue with it? Sounds like you're describing step 2 and the overload bumper.

@Roy Yeah I got the pics. Looks like step two. That plastic cone is what they're talking about cutting into.
