Hey Gary, thanks for reaching out!

The first step is to test and make sure there's power getting to the Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch # DL25215 by checking that the ground is good, that the red Anderson plug is secured in the winch properly, and that nothing is broken. It also would help to make sure the power source is charged and sending out power.

If all of that checks out, then you'll want to check and make sure the motor runs when connected directly to the battery. If this is the case, then you need to order the switch 206007 from Dutton-Lainson.

They actually have a super helpful troubleshooting page that I highly recommend referencing as well. You can find it here - https://www.dutton-lainson.com/troubleshooting-guides/winch-model-tw9000-with-standard-switch-manual/

Let me know if this helps you get the winch back up and running!
