What direction does it need to be turned to extend the jack?

Thanks for reaching out! The handle/socket for the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # e56VV turn to the right/clockwise to extend the jack. Just like you're tightening or screwing something in. Then the opposite way to retract them. You can see this in our installation video linked below. Let me know if you need anything else.
