Question:
Im looking at the E85AR hitch for a 2011 jeep liberty. Will this unit attach to the vehicle correctly if there is a full size spare mounted under the jeep? The spare is wider than doughnut provided but smaller in circumstance.

Hey Jean good news, the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e85AR will work with your 2011 Jeep Liberty with a spare. The hitch will go around the spare and not touch the tire, so it'll work great!
What sort of stuff are you looking at hauling with this bad boy? Feel free to let me know in the comments and I'd be happy to get you going in the right direction.

We are just looking to put a bike rack on the hitch. Nothing very heavy at this point but maybe something in the 3000 to 5000 lbs range for future ideas.
