Hey thanks for getting in touch, Karen. We do offer the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains w Cams that will fit the P245/75R16 tires, but the # TC2828CAM are not quite the right size. What you will need instead are the # TC2821CAM as these will be the correct fit for your tires.
Do you plan to use the chains frequently, or in an area with frequent, heavy snow? If so, we do offer some easy install drape-over chains that will also fit your tires, the Titan # TC2524. If you will be using them a lot, this kind of chain will save you a lot of time and hassle. The Cam chains are solid too, but they are a bit tougher to put on. Let me know what you think or if you have any questions.

Sorry it took so long to respond. There are usually one or two bad winter storms here in Western NC so the chains would probably only be used two times a year to get supplies. Now because we do not have gravel on our dirt road the mud is just as bad as the snow. Also I would be driving on compacted snow which is almost like ice. My other question is what if my tire size changes because I purchase new tires. Would I need to get new chains also.
