Best Tire Chains For P275/55R20 Tires On 2017 Toyota Tundra

Question:

Im looking for snow cables for my 2017 Toyota Tundra with P275/55R20 tires. On your website Im unable to enter my tire size as search criterion, and Ive looked at the tire size list for several different snow cables and this tire size is not listed. Will you please send me a list of snow cables that will fit this tire size? Thanks.

Hey Roger, thanks for getting in touch. We do have tire chains that will fit the P275/55R20 tires on your 2017 Toyota Tundra. Here are the two best options:

- Konig Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # KON94FR

- Titan Chain Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern - Square Link - Assisted Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC2533

Both of these are drape-over style chains which are the best for easy installation. The Konig chains are better quality and will generally last quite a bit longer than other chains. Konig chains come with a 5-year warranty compared to just a 30-day with the Titan chains so I think that tells you a lot about the durability of the product. If you intend to use the chains frequently over the course of several seasons, it is definitely worth investing in a top quality chain like the Konig.

If you don't think you will be using them as much, or just want them in the car for legal reasons, the Titan chains are for you.

You will find links to a few videos below. One for each brand of chains so you can see both in more detail. You will also find a link below that will show you our full selection of chains that fit 275/55R20 tires. Feel free to reach out if you have any question for me.

I am interested in snow cables rather than chains. Are there any snow cables that will fit the above tires?

@RogerG I'm sorry but we do not carry any cables that will fit 275/55R20. I really don't recommend using cables though. They do not provide good traction or safety compared to chains and they are flimsy, generally only lasting a handful of uses before they break. Only buy cables if you want to have something in your car just to be legal but you never intend to use them. A true chain like the Titan chains will actually provide great traction and if price is an obstacle, the Titan Chain # TC2533 are the most affordable option for your tires. They are super easy to install too.

@RogerG Hey Roger after looking at the Titan Chain catalogue it looks like we do have the Titan Chain Cable Tire Chain # TC2028 which will fit the 275/55R20 tires. I still strongly encourage you to use chains but there are cables too.
