New, first-time owner My electric jack will not work on 12V alone, only when shore power connected. Is this a common problem? What set some possible solutions?

Hey John, thanks for reaching out and congrats on your new-to-you RV!
If your 12V electric jack, like part # EJ-3520-BBX, is only working when you plug into shore power that leads me to believe that your battery bank is depleted and needs to be charged and/or checked to see how healthy the life of the battery bank is.
