I recommend using the Thule WingBar Evo # TH68TG roof rack to use the Hullavator Pro #TH898 on your 2021 Toyota Prius.
I really like this roof rack system because it's pretty straight-forward to install, it looks great, and the dual T-Slot rubber insert makes it much easier to mount accessories via the T-Slot as opposed to other roof racks that require trimming the rubber insert.
