Question:
I have a firestone 24-3582-9284. Pump turns on but pushes air intermittently and not very strong. Do I just need to replace the pump or is there something else I can check

Hey Travis, the Firestone Air Compressor 24-3582-9284 is no longer available but we do have a suitable replacement for this, the Firestone Heavy Duty Air Compressor part # F9499. This is what Firestone recommends you use to replace the Firestone Air Compressor 24-3582-9210. We also have a more cost effective alternative, the Firestone Standard Duty Air Compressor part # F9284 but you will lose capacity (20 psi) with this option as well. Based on what you described the compressor you have is bad and in need of replacing.
