Question:
We recently bought a 1995 Breckenridge park model and the original water heater is starting to leak outside at the access door. Can a tankless water heater be installed in a model that this old?

Hello Robin. Yes, it is possible to install a tankless water heater in a 1995 model mobile home or trailer provided you have 12v power and gas hookups. The main thing to consider is that the tankless units are usually smaller than the tanked models. Depending on your setup you may have to modify the cutout space for your water heater to allow for a proper fit.
I suggest you take a look at the Furrion RV Tankless Water Heater # FR68SR. This is our best selling tankless unit and they work very well. The water heater itself measures 12-5/8" wide x 12-5/8" tall x 19-1/4" deep. As long as you have the gas and electric hookups and an appropriately sized space it will work great.
I have linked our install video for this water heater below.
