We do have the correct 5th wheel tailgate for your 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500, but the tailgate from a 2014 Silverado won't fit a 2008 model year. Instead, for your 2008 Silverado, what you need is the following:

- Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate with Lock for GM Trucks # VGM-07-4000
