What are The Best Air Bags For a 2018 Ram 2500 4WD When Driving The Truck Unloaded?

Question:

2018 ram 2500 4wd. What would be the best riding helper air bags when truck is unloaded? I have a severe neck injury and need a smooth ride. I do haul loads a couple times a month. I had to get rid of my 3500 due to rough ride.

Unfortunately Louie, none of our air bag helper springs are going to improve the unloaded ride quality on your 2018 Ram 2500 4wd. This is due to the factory suspension being designed to be able to haul heavy loads. When you are carrying loads the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88289 will give you the best ride quality as they have the internal jounce springs which help to absorb large bumps rather than getting the bounce most trucks with air springs will have.

I prefer to use the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 as it has a smart manifold which will maintain the pressure in the air springs to within 3psi of your settings while you drive. This will help you maintain the ride quality while you drive and also not require you to constantly check the pressure.
