Question:
I have a 9700 system in my motor home, will it work with a 9400 even brake system in my towed 2021 chevy colorado?

Expert Reply:
That's weird, the 9700 system should've been installed in the towed vehicle - but no it's not going to work with the EvenBrake. Since you're using the 9700 system you can either use the Second Vehicle Kit for Roadmaster 9700 Flat Tow Brake System # RM-98800 with the Second Motorhome Braking Monitor/Alarm Kit for Roadmaster 9700 and InvisiBrake Systems # RM-98850 to add a second vehicle or you can swap everything with the EvenBrake # RM-9400.
