Will Thule Pulse L Rooftop box 16 cu ft fit my Toyota Matrix 2011? I am worried about not being able to open the hatch rear door / trunk space. Also I am thinking of purchasing the Thule Aero Traverse Roofrack to go with the roof box.

I checked with Thule and if you were to use the WingBar roof rack (# TH711200 or # TH711220 for the bars, # TH480R for the feet, and # THKIT1512 for the fit kit) then you can use the Pulse L cargo box, # TH615, and not have any rear hatch interference. I have included video links to the cargo box and roof rack installation on a similar vehicle for you.
