The Curt Roof Rack # C18118 will fit your 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness with the factory raised roof rails. As there are some roof racks that will not fit the Wilderness trim our site adds the notes to the product page. You see both Wilderness and excluding Wilderness as it will fit all trim levels of the 2023 Outback with the raised roof.
