May i assume the z Is it your suggestion i need a new set of steps. My Kwikee part number is 903206001. manufactured in 2005.

The Lippert Kwikee 32 Series Electric Step - 2 Steps # LC372261 is the replacement step for your 903206001 on your 2003 Discovery. They should easily install without modifications needed. Due to the age of your steps and how much they've been used it would be pretty safe to assume they are just worn out.
