Will the running boards off a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab bolt on to a 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab

There are enough differences between the 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab and a 2018 Silverado 1500 extended cab trucks that running boards from one would not fit the other. So for the 2018 model you'd need a set like the Aries Big Step Nerf Bars part # AAAL234046 and you'd be set.
