While we do have great trunk-mounted bike rack options for you, I confirmed with Thule that the Thule Passage Trunk Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH910XT does not fit a Sport model of 2012 Honda Fit.
As a great alternative that fits, I recommend the Saris Bones EX 2 # SAR83FR. This rack comes with a much more solid/secure construction with injection molded plastic arms and legs. It also has the capability of fitting over a rear spoiler (if you have one). Additionally, it has the benefit of being made 100% in the U.S.A.
If you happen to have women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bike frames, you need a bike frame adapter bar # 64005 for each of those bike styles. This bar provides your frames with a straight, horizontal plane to connect to the arms of the Bones.
