Adapter Needed to Convert a 7-Pole Trailer Connector to a 4-Pole Trailer Connector
Question:
I have a 2010 Ford Ranger that has a Pollak 12-705 it has 6 flat pins and one center pin. I would like to connect a flat 4 pin trailer connector to this. Is this the correct adapter that i need?

Yes, the Pollack 7-Pole to 4-Pole Adapter, # PK12716, is the adapter you will need to connect a flat 4-pin trailer connector. This adapter will provide all of the light functions (running lights, turn signals and brake lights) for a trailer with a 4-pole connector.
