While the Yakima HangOut 2 Bike Rack # Y02637 is a solid option for a trunk mounted bike rack, and it does fit your 2017 Lincoln MKZ, it wouldn't be considered the best. It's a good value, but there is a similar one I recommend considering that has a number of advantages, from Thule:

The HangOut uses straps that have hooks, so the straps are limited to certain positions, which can make the bikes a bit loose, or you'd have to pull very, very tight to make sure the straps are fully secure.
