Expert Reply:
Yes, since you were using the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - GM - Gas/Diesel, part # SU2845, you needed to reset your tuner to factory settings before you replaced the transmission on your 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe 4X4. When you replaced your transmission, the tune it was installed under is based upon whatever tune you were using for your previous transmission. But this tune is not based on the new transmission being integrated into your Chevrolet Tahoe's factory OEM settings. This is why your new transmission is having shifting problems. Unfortunately, without the tuner, you cannot get your tuner reset to get it back to your vehicle's OEM settings. You will have to take it to the dealer and have your vehicle's computer reset to factory settings.
