i have a 2018 honda accord with a thule cargo box and rack system, will this inno fit if i keep the thule rack system ?

Most rooftop cargo carriers fit the same roof racks, so chances are it will fit. To verify, we can look at which Thule roof racks fit your 2018 Honda Accord and compare that to the Inno Shadow 16 Rooftop Cargo Box - 13 cu ft - Matte Black # INBRA1210BK that you were looking at. This box, along with most other Inno boxes, fits crossbars that are between 1" and 3-1/2" wide and between 3/4" and 1-3/8" tall.
If your Accord has Thule aero bars such as Thule WingBar Evo 53" # TH711400 then this would be compatible with the Inno box since these bars measure 3-1/8" wide and 1" tall. If you have Thule SquareBar Evo # TH712400 then these would also be compatible since they measure 1-1/4" wide and 7/8" tall.
One thing to note is that this Inno Shadow 16 box will only allow the rear hatch of your Accord to open properly if you have at least 12" from the center of your rear crossbar to the line where the roof meets the hatch.
