I have a great alternative for you. Unfortunately, since the Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed-Mounted 2 Bike Carrier # S64702 installs into your trucks bed rails, it will not allow you to simultaneously use your soft-roll tonneau cover with it.

With that being said, a great alternative is the Hollywood Racks Truck Bed Bike Carrier - Fork Mount # HRT970. Since the Hollywood Racks bike carrier simply bolts onto your truck-bed rail, you will be able to fully close your tonneu cover (when the bike is not mounted). The two mounting holes on the Hollywood Racks Fork-Mount Truck Bed Bike Carrier # HRT970 are spaced apart 3-inches on centers. Each hole is 1/4-inch diameter.
