The WeatherTech ClearFrame License-Plate Frame - Black # WT63020 includes a Multi-Flex gasket to seal out dirt and moisture and prevent vibration. The WeatherTech Plate Frame - Black # WT61020 does not include this gasket seal. I recommend going with # WT63020 so that there will be less chance of water getting trapped behind your license plate and it will be less noisy.
