Yes, the Thule Apex XT 2 Bike Rack # TH9024XT that you were looking at is built to withstand the extra bouncing that occurs at the back of a motorhome. This fits both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers, but just to make sure you won't have any fitment issues you will want to measure from the receiver's hitch pin hole to the face/opening of the receiver. This bike rack only fits if this distance is 1-1/2" or more.
If you don't have 1-1/2" clearance, or just want a more affordable option, then I would instead go with the Swagman Titan 2 Bike Rack # S63400 which fits your application and has a longer shank for more clearance. I attached demonstration videos for you.
