Front Suspension SumoSprings To Reduce Sag On a 2006 Chevrolet Impala
Updated 08/14/2021 | Published 08/13/2021 >
Question:
I have a 2006 impala ss and have tried both Monroe and most recently KYB fully loaded strut/spring packages. It still feels like the front end dips and sags too much especially during moderate to hard braking and perhaps normal pothole driving. Being less than a month old I wouldnt expect to have these concerns. Would your product help stiffen the ride and have less sagging because Im at my limit as what to do? I truly feel if they made the springs heavier and stronger I wouldnt have this problem. Any help would help me. Thanks

First I recommend checking your struts and springs to see if there is any way to adjust the preload tension or compression dampening on them for your 2006 Chevrolet Impala SS. If the settings are adjustable this will help you to dial in your ride quality to where you would like it to be.
If you do not have adjustability on your struts the Coil SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1195F will help to absorb some of the sag that you are experiencing. The progressive construction of these springs will help the shocks to absorb the road shock as well.
