Is there an adapter or replacement rails that will use my current rail system in my 2020 tundra with mx4 without the clamps to the bed.

The only way the BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover part # BAK26506 is going to install in the bed of your 2020 Toyota Tundra 5-1/2 foot bed that has the deck rail system will be with the bed clamps you mentioned.
