I apologize that your tuner is not working! I went ahead and called my contact at Superchips, and he gave me some tips about how to troubleshoot your Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - GM - Gas/Diesel # SU2845. The first thing he recommends is to plug the tuner into your desktop computer or laptop to see if it functions. If it functions, we can eliminate that the cause of the issue is the tuner. Another thing he recommends is to plug in a different device (other than the tuner) into the cigarettes lighter port in your vehicle. If the device doesn't work, then there may be an issue with the fuse or electronics with your vehicle.
