I have a solution for you, but the Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier for 2" Trailer Hitch 59109 requires a Class III or IV hitch and the only receivers for your 2021 Corolla are Class 1: Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver Class I - 1-1/4" # C11567.

Instead, you could look into the 20x47 Reese Cargo Carrier # 63155 which is one of the only hitch-mounted cargo carriers that will work for your application. This is a really nice carrier that has inside dimensions of 47" long, 20" wide, with side rails. You could then add a cargo bag like etrailer # e98990; this will keep your cargo dry and also keep everything together when on the cargo carrier. It is very important that you check your owner's manual to verify that your Corolla has a tongue weight of only 200 pounds. The total weight of everything attached must not exceed 200 pounds. The carrier # 63155 alone weighs 44 pounds.
