What is the Difference Between the Aero and Heavy Duty Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars for Platforms?

Question:

Hello! I have a Pioneer Platform 84" x 49" and need accessory bars to mount a smaller Yakima rooftop box. Whats the difference between the Aero and Heavy Duty Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars for Pioneer Platform? The pictures on both pages look the same. Thank you!

I went ahead and contacted Rhino-Rack, and they said that the aero bar accessory bar and the HD accessory bars for the pioneer platform are essentially the same. However, Rhino-Rack did say that they always recommend the aero bar accessory bar over the HD version because it will allow you to mount a wide range of accessories and it is a bit better in quality. For these reasons, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Accessory Bars for Pioneer Platform Rack - 48" Long - Aero Bars - Qty 2 # RR43137B. This accessory bar is compatible with the Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform Roof Tray - Aluminum - 84" Long x 49" Wide # RR25TB.
