What is the limit compared to the stock Hitch. Currently mine is 120lbs, is this one stronger. Not asking about tongue weight, I would like to know the vertical load

It seems that you're talking about tongue weight as it is the downward force or the "vertical load" on the hitch. 120lbs is way to light to be the gross trailer weight rating. That being said, the Draw-Tite # 76143 2 inch hitch will fit your 2020 Tesla Model X. It has a gross trailer weight of 5,000 lbs. This is how heavy your trailer can be to tow.
