Tire Chains For Both 275/65R18 and 275/70R18 Tire Sizes

Hello, I am looking for a set of tire chains that will fit my F150 and Ram 2500, with 275/65R18 and 275/70R18 respectively. What would you recommend? I like to the Ladder VBar style but it doesn’t appear it would fit both. Any help is appreciated.

These Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC2533 will fit both a 275/65R18 and 275/70R18 size tire! These are simpler to install than the ladder pattern chains. I'm a fan of this style chain. We do not have a V-Bar chain that will fit both, but these will still increase your traction a lot! Watch my install video to see how they work!

An additional set of the Titan Chains part #TC2533 on the front axle of your 2012 Ford F-150 would be a great option. These are a fit for the size tire you have as you have already determined and would give you the same level of traction for the…

In most cases only a link or two extra is hanging which would be enough to swing and hit anything on your vehicle. If there were more links than that dangling Titan recommends removing them to prevent damage like you mentioned.

While I don't have an exact figure I can give you I can show you what the Curt Front Hitch part #C31088 looks like installed and from there we can tell that it's going to reduce the front ground clearance by 3 inches give or take.
