Will this block fit my thule evo 150 crossbars TH711500? Also, does the weight capacity of 50 lbs mean that 1 block can only handle a kayak of 50lbs or less? If I have 2 blocks on the front and back crossbars, will it be able to handle a tandem hobie mirage kayak that weighs about 90 lbs?

Yes the Malone Foam Block for Kayaks and Stand-Up Paddleboards # MPG172 that you referenced does fit the Thule Evo Bars part # TH711500. The capacity is 50 lbs for a kayak. It's hard to say what the capacity would be if you used additional foam blocks.
