Question:

Can a 2014 Honda Accord LX but dolly towed safely behind a RV? If so in park or neutral? Steering wheel locked or unlocked?

The 2014 Honda Accord can be dolly towed and for a tow dolly that would work well, I recommend the Demco Kar Kaddy 3 Tow Dolly part # DM9713046. This dolly has disc brakes for better stopping power, a tilt bed for easy loading, and all the required lighting.

In regards to the dolly tow procedure, you'll need to look this up in your owner's manual. This will go over both the gear selection and steering wheel position.
