we want 215-60R15 8 ply tires do you have them?

The closest size we have to that is 205/75-15 which is going to be about 2" larger in diameter and about 1/2" wider. Ultimately this tire will be about 1" closer to your fender/other tire (for a tandem axle trailer) and 1/4" closer to your trailer frame.
If this will still give you the recommended clearance of 4-1/2" for bump clearance, 3" - 4" between the tires (for a tandem axle trailer), and 2" to your trailer frame (see attached) then you will be able to safely use the larger tire and I recommend the Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range D, Item # TR20515DD (8 ply) which is 2,150 lbs at 65 psi, plus it has an impressive max speed rating of 81 mph.
