Recommended Solar Panel For 2020 Coleman Lantern 202rd With XLR Style Solar Prep
Question:
which panel do I use on my 2020 coleman 202rd?

Expert Reply:
Most of the newer Coleman Lantern 202rd are pre-wired for solar panel with an XLR-style Furrion inlet port that looks like part # FSPINS-BS.
I recommend to use the Go Power 130 Watt Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller part # 34282730 that comes with the XLR adapter to plug into the inlet. This is a portable suitcase style solar panel that will provide you with 6.7 amp hours of charge. Please keep in mind this system is designed for 12V system only. I have attached a very helpful video for your reference.
If you need less power to recharge your batteries, I recommend to use the 90 watt Go Power Portable Solar System with Digital Solar Controller part # 34282729 which provides about 4.4 amp hours of charge. The great thing about portable solar panels is you can still park in the shade and the panel can be in the sun soaking up the rays while your camper stays cool. If your camper does not have the pre-wired setup you can still use the solar panels with the clamps.
