Connecting my Bluetooth on the Jensen RV Stereo

Question:
We recently purchased a 5th wheel camper with a stereo installed and we are unable to connect to bluetooth. I have tried to connect with my iphone 11 and my ipad. Any suggestions would be great. The model is JWM70A

The bluetooth set up for your Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM70A can be a little tricky with out the instructions to act as a guide. I have attached those here for you to check out. Simply walk through the steps and you will be paired in no time. Happy Camping!
If for some reason you follow the steps precisely and still have no luck the unit may need to be replaced.
