We have a Curt hitch that does fit your 2019 Chevy Equinox with the # C77FR but the # C13900 that you referenced is a multi-fit hitch which hasn't been tested on your vehicle so we can't recommend it as a fit. Just based on the bracket height difference between the two hitches I can very easily see it would not fit though.
