I have a solution for you, but the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # 10901 are only designed to fit on Chevy/GMC trucks and SUVs. There currently is not a custom fit towing mirror available for the Toyota RAV4, but you can use the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2. These are a universal fit towing mirror that attach with heavy duty ratcheting rubber straps to provide a secure connection to your vehicle and will provide you with a wider field of vision behind you when towing a trailer.

I've attached one of our review videos that shows these mirrors being used on a 2018 Toyota RAV4 that you should have a look at. Since they're universal fit mirrors, they'll work on any model year of the RAV4 with mirrors 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall.
