Cargo Box Fits for 2019 Ram 1500 with Leer 100XR Topper and Thule Tracker II Crossbars
Question:
Thanks for the response Jon. Here’s the info you asked for and probably a bit more. It’s a extra short bed. So the bed itself is 67”. The topper top is only 64” on top. The tracker II system with the standard square bars provide for a 43” center to center of bar spread at full extension. The rear bars center will be 10” from the back of the top of the shell, 13” from flush with the bed of the truck. My other concern is that the 2019 ram 1500 rebel has a shark fin antenna that is 3” at its highest point from the top of the cab...slightly on an angle though so maybe only 2.5-3” from actual roofline height. It is also located at the rear of the cab and completely centered. It is located approximately 13” from the center point of the front bar when at full spread. The square bars have about 4” height off the camper shell which is level with the cab. I know most boxes have the center groove but will a box hanging over that create the chance for box to antenna contact if the box is say 81” centered like a Yakima 16....even if I extend it the 3” over the rear of the truck, 13” off the rear of the bar, with a 42” spread making the forward bar 14” from the antenna and the box would be about 14” over the cab still....

From what I could find it looks like the rear window on your Leer 100XR topper won't rotate more than a 90 degree angle with the ground. This essentially means that any cargo box with fit this configuration on your 2019 Ram 1500 as long as it fits the crossbar space (since you don't have to worry about the box making contact with the rear window).
Attached is a link to our selection of roof cargo boxes that you can check out. If you let me know the distance from your front crossbar to the rear of your topper I can look into the measurements of each Thule and Yakima cargo box to see which one(s) would fit your application without sticking out past the rear of your pickup.
