Can I use Inno Aero Crossbars on Thule Towers?

Hello, In a previous QandA you stated that Thule and Inno square bars are the same. Are the Thule and Inno areo bar cross-sections the same as well? Thule does not make a foot kit for my vehicle, but Inno does. Can I use Inno foot pack on a Thule tower? Or will I need to get the Inno foot kit and tower to fit the aero bar, assuming the two are compatible. Also, I live in Japan and my vehicle is a 2013 Honda Stepwagon flat roof, no rails. Thule discontinued the foot fit, but I can get the Thule towers and bars aero or square. When I move back to the US in a year, I will be using all of my Thule equipment again on a 2018 Honda Odyssey with roof rails and want to move the Thule bars from the Stepwagon to the Odyssey. I know the Odyssey does not use a standard tower due to the roof rails. Thoughts? I appreciate any help you can provide.

I'll start out with the easiest part of your question in saying that footpacks between the two manufacturers are not going to be compatible, so you wouldn't be able to use Inno footpacks with a Thule tower or vice versa.
When it comes to the cross bars, the Thule Vortex Aero Bars # TH711520 and Inno Aero Crossbars # INXB123-2 are going to be very close to the same size and they will mount in a similar manner on a foot pack, so you are able to use an Inno Aero Crossbar on a Thule tower like the Podium # TH460R. Additionally, the Thule Square bars # TH712500 and Inno Square bars # INB137 can be interchanged between foot packs since the bars are roughly the same dimensions.
